In the era of ease and convenience I understanding that making a phone call is a major nuisance. With that said, I love talking shoes so you are going to need to suck it up and buckle up, because this is going to be a long process. There will be an initial conversation to see if my shoes will be a good fit (pun intended) for the both of us, a conversation about how you want your shoes configured, and then once you get your shoes and I get paid, multiple multiple phone calls from me to see how your shoes are breaking in and how they are running. My biggest form of advertising is my shoes out in the world working, and I’ll be damned if I’ll make a pair of shoes to just sit in someone’s closet.
